Often I’ve been asked, “Why are you so happy?” I really love this question because it gives me an opportunity to share my faith.
Faith is simply believing what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross and accepting His salvation.
A – Admit
Confess to God that you are a sinner. Sin is anything we do that disobeys God’s Word. Our sin is what separates us from God.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. – Romans 3: 23
B – Believe
Believe that Jesus is God’s Son. He was the only perfect sacrifice that could die to make the payment for our sins. Three days later He arose from the dead. Thus He conquered death so that we could have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. – John 3:16
C – Commit
Give your life to Jesus. Simply ask Him to be your Savior and Lord.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. – Romans 10:9-10
